Abstract
"ARTIGO E PROCESSO PAA DETERMINAR O TEMPO DE RESIDêNCIA DE UMA PARTìCULA DE ALIMENTO QUE SOFRE PROCESSAMENTO ASSéPTICO E DE UM OBJETO QUE SOFRE ANáLISE". O artigo da presente invenção é um análogo de um objeto particular que tem substancialmente o mesmo tamanho, forma e momento de inércia do objeto embora tendo a densidade do meio em que o objeto está dentro. O análogo engloba um gerador de sinal que pode ser usado para analisar várias propriedades do objeto. Mais especificamente, o artigo da presente invenção é um análogo de um particulado alimentício que sofre processamento asséptico em que o particulado alimentício é um constituinte de um alimento heterogêneo tal como sopa ou iogurte com fruta. O análogo tem substancialmente o mesmo tamanho, forma e momento de inércia do particulado alimentício real, enquanto o artigo tem a densidade de um fluido. O análogo engloba um gerador de sinal que pode ser usado para medir o tempo de resistência do análogo em um tubo de retenção de uma máquina de processamento asséptico. O artigo também tem a condutividade térmica do particulado alimentício. O processo da presente invenção determina o tempo de resistência de um particulado alimentício que sofre um processamento asséptico em que o particulado alimentício é um constituinte de um alimento heterogêneo tal como sopa ou iogurte com fruta. O processo usa o artigo da presente invenção para gerar um sinal que indica o tempo de residência do análogo. O gerador de sinal por ser um magneto, e mais particularmente um magneto de cobalto de samário.
