Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO TENSIONADOR PARA CORREIAS". O dispositivo tensionador (1) compreende uma placa de suporte (2) anexada a um pivó (3) que define um primeiro eixo (A); um elemento tubular intermediário (15) acomodando dito pivó (3) e sendo capaz de girar em torno de dito primeiro eixo (A); uma polia (4) suportada por dito elemento tubular (15) por meio de um mancal (26), circundando dito pivó (3) e sendo capaz de girar em torno de um segundo eixo (B) que não é coincidente com dito primeiro eixo (A); e um elemento elástico (27) interposto entre dito pivó (3) e dito elemento tubular intermediário (15) de modo a impelir elasticamente dito elemento tubular intermediário (3) contra dita correia (5). Para garantir que a correia (5) seja centrada com respeito à polia (4) e que as cargas aplicadas ao mancal (26) passem precisamente através do centro das esferas (31) do mancal, a polia (4) é de formato convexo.
