O presente dispositivo compreendeum suporte rígido mecanicamente ligado com cada um dos cabos,uma cobertura flexível passada em torno das extremidades doscabos, e uma vedação sobre a qual a cobertura flexível é aplicadae própria para impermeabilizar o dispositivo em torno dasextremidades dos cabos.
