Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"MéTODO E ARRANJO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM ELEMENTO BáSICO PARA UM CABO óTICO DE MúLTIPLOS ELEMENTOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método e um arranjo para produção de um elemento básico de um cabo ótico de múltiplos elementos, compreendendo uma ferramenta de revestimento (6) para formação de uma blindagem tubular ao redor de uma fibra (3) ou um feixe de fibra formado de várias fibras óticas (3), e um dispositivo de tração (8) colocado depois da ferramenta de revestimento (6) para puxar para frente uma unidade formada pela blindagem e as fibras. De forma a produzir um produto estável, a tensão (t~ 3~) das fibras (3) passadas para a ferramenta de revestimento (6) é arranjada para ser mantida continuamente em um nível controlado. A direção do percurso das fibras e a blindagem é arranjada para ser mantida reta antes do dispositivo de tração (8), e o dispositivo de tração (8) é colocado a partir da ferramenta de revestimento (6) em uma distância dependendo da taxa de produção da linha de produção, de forma que o deslizamento desejado das fibras (3) dentro da blindagem é produzido no dispositivo de tração (8).
