Abstract

"LIGAçãO DE DOIS MEIOS CORRUGADOS NAS PONTAS ONDULADAS ASSEGURANDO ALINHAMENTO PRECISO". A invenção refere-se a aparelho e métodos aperfeiçoadps para formar estruturas de papelão nas quais dois meios corrugados são ligados conjuntamente nas suas pontas onduladas. O aparelho compreende: dois cilindros de registro (4, 6) para assegurar que os meios entrem em alinhamento preciso de ponta ondulada com ponta ondulada para ligação; motores elétricos dependentes para acionar os cilindros de registro nos quais um cilindro (6) é acionado por um motor de referência (15) e o segundo cilindro de registro (4) é acionado por um motor seguidor (16); dispositivos sensores de localização (18, 19) associados com cada cilindro de registro (4,6) para mensurar um valor relacionado à localização de uma posição sobre a periferia de cada cilindro de registro; meio de controle (17) que compara os valores mensurados para cada cilindro de registro e se necessário regula a voltagem ou corrente do motor seguidor (16) para manter o alinhamento das pontas onduladas dos dois meios.
