Abstract
PROCESSO DE CONCENTRAçãO E AGLOMERAçãO DE RESìDUOS INDUSTRIAIS. O presente pedido se refere a um processo de concentração e aglomeração de residuos, caracterizado por apresentar as seguintes etapas: a) Receber os residuos provenientes dos sistemas de tratamento de efluentes (1) em transportadores (2), chegando a pilha de homogeneização (3); b) Desagregar e liberar as particulas dos moinhos (4); c) As particulas moidas são levadas aos classificadores (5) onde são separadas em partículas pesadas (6), leves (7), mistas (8) pelas densidades> sendo que as pesadas (6) apresentam densidades acima de 5 até 20 gramas por centimetro cúbico, as leves (7) apresentam densidades emtre 0,2 até 3,0 gramas por centímetro cúbico, as mistas (8) apresentasm densidades entre 2,5 em 5,5 gramas por centímetro cúbico para reciclarem nas etapas (a,b,c); d) As partículas pesadas (6) e leves (7), depois de separadas, alimentarão os misturadores (9) e (11) onde serão acrescentados aditivos (14) e cimentos de aluminatos de cálcio (10), obtendo - se depois de vibradas os aglomerados pesados (13) e os aglomerados leves (12), que retornarão aos fornos como carga sólida, fundentes e sucata.Concentration and agglomeration process for industrial waste.
