Patente de invenção "AQUECEDOR CER‰MICO". A presente invenção refere-se ao aquecedor cerâmico de material sinterizado de substrato de alumina, usado nos sensores de oxigênio para automóveis e sistemas incandescentes para aquecimento de semicondutores, fontes térmicos à evaporação de óleo como aquecedor de ventilação a óleo, etc. No estado da técnica há problema de aderência entre o modelo aquecedor e o substrato principalmente à alta temperatura devido à migração de íons positivos, deteriorando-se no decorrer do uso e surgindo fissuras no substrato cerâmico, as quais comprometem à sua durabilidade. A presente invenção visa solucionar o problema citado com a determinação da composição e do componente principal alumina, auxiliares de sinterização, SiO~ 2~, MgO, CaO, elementos de terras raras, dos grupos IVB, VB e VIB da tabela periódica, do substrato em fita cerâmica verde, "green sheet", que cobre por impressão com pasta de tungstênio e em seguida, sobrepostos, sinterizandos em conjunto à 1550‹C em meio de hidrogênio, obtendo-se aquecedor cerâmico de 2 folhas de substrato e resistor térmico, formando-se um monobloco.Patent of invention "CERAMIC HEATER".
