Abstract

It is an arrangement for connection to an electrical circuit, which comprises: (1) a pair of FETs, which are connected in series in a line of the circuit with their sources connected together or with their drains connected in set, and whose states can be changed by means of a voltage acting on their doors; (2) a control connected to the port of at least one of the FETs; the control being responsive to an overload on the line, thus changing the states of at least one of the FETs.
