Abstract

A multi-row electrical connector strip of a plug-in electrical assembly is provided with retaining chambers (2) for the contact elements (3). The terminal elements (5) of the contact elements (3) project out of the retaining chambers (2) and, with their free ends, are bent perpendicular to a printed circuit board (6) of the electrical assembly and are connected thereto. The rows of terminal elements furthest removed from the printed circuit board (6) are already angled obliquely to the printed circuit board (6) inside the retaining chambers (2). In this way, the distance between the terminal elements (5) and adjacent assemblies is increased in the region of the outlet openings of the chambers (2), as is the corresponding leakage path.
