Sendo que a presente inovação referese a uma seringa descartável com puxador auto-destrutivo incluindo um tubo, o tubo possuindo um corpo definindo uma câmara de fluido, um pescoço frontal definindo uma câmara de retenção, e um encosto conectado entre o corpo e o pescoço; o êmbolo, o êmbolo possuindo um controle frontal do puxador e um apoio traseiro para polegar, e um puxador, o puxador possuindo um primeiro corpo puxador acoplado ao controle puxador do êmbolo e adaptado para vedar a câmara de fluido e um segundo corpo puxador adaptado para vedar a câmara de retenção, o segundo corpo puxador sendo rompido do primeiro corpo puxador e mantido preso na câmara de retenção durante o curso de retorno do êmbolo.
