Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO INTRODUZIDA EM ACIONAMENTO DO COMPRESSOR DO SISTEMA DE AR CONDICIONADO VEICULAR". Idealizada como uma nova concepção para acionamento do conjunto de compressor do ar condicionado de um veículo consegue-se vantagens adicionais incríveis, pois proporciona temperatura uniforme no interior do veículo, isto porque o compressor (4) não esta mais sendo acionado pelo motor do veículo, e sim pela bomba da direção hidráulica (3), de modo que a velocidade ou a rotação do motor não influenciará no desempenho do equipamento; outra vantagem será que pelo novo método utilizar-se de um pequeno motor hidráulico (1), que por sua vez é acionado utilizando-se o excesso de pressão de óleo gerado pela bomba do sistema de direção hidráulica (3), que é sistematicamente purgado através das válvulas de alivio da caixa, conforme já mencionado, e que na verdade é um desperdício de energia, o motor do veículo terá menos carga conseq³entemente haverá um aumento da potência, que resulta em mais economia e melhor desempenho; todas as vantagens não consideraram que pelo conjunto formado pelo compressor (3) e motor hidráulico (1) estarem localizados em uma parte do veículo, que não o compartimento do motor onde se atingem temperaturas elevadíssimas, a durabilidade e eficiência do sistema aumentam consideravelmente."PROVISION INTRODUCED IN DRIVING THE VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM COMPRESSOR". Conceived as a new concept for driving a vehicle's air conditioning compressor set, incredible additional advantages are achieved, as it provides uniform temperature inside the vehicle, because the compressor (4) is no longer being driven by the vehicle's engine, but by the power steering pump (3), so that the speed or rotation of the engine will not influence the performance of the equipment; another advantage will be that the new method uses a small hydraulic motor (1), which in turn is activated using the excess oil pressure generated by the hydraulic steering system pump (3), which is systematically purged through the relief valves of the box, as already mentioned, which is actually a waste of energy, the vehicle's engine will have less load, consequently there will be an increase in power, which results in more economy and better performance; all advantages did not consider that because the set formed by the compressor (3) and hydraulic motor (1) are located in a part of the vehicle, other than the engine compartment where extremely high temperatures are reached, the durability and efficiency of the system increases considerably.
