Abstract

"TUBO COM ESCALA ESPECIAL DESTINADO A TESTE PARA ANáLISE DA QUANTIDADE DE CéLULAS SOMáTICAS NO LEITE". Tubo com escala especial destinado a teste para análise da quantidade de células somáticas no leite compreendido por um reservatório em forma tubular, com altura de 130 mm, 12,1 mm de diâmetro (interno) x 140 mm (altura) (1), fechado em sua parte inferior (2) e totalmente aberto em sua parte superior (3), com furo de 3 mm na altura de 78 mm (4), fabricado em polipropileno, no qual se encaixa na abertura da parte superior, tampa de vedação hermética e ajuste rápido (batoque) (8), com furo central com diâmetro de 1,09 a 1,10 mm (9), também feita de material plástico polietileno de alta densidade, que se caracteriza pelo fato de possuir impressa uma escala graduada em milhares de células somáticas (5), visando à indicação automática e direta no próprio tubo do resultado do teste a que se destina, escalas estas dispostas, a partir de 5 mm do fundo do tubo, sendo esta a escala de menor valor (140 milhares de células por mililitro de leite ) (6), as outras escalas dispostas a cada 5 mm, e a escala de maior valor (2.280 milhares de células por mililitro de leite) (7), disposta a 40 mm do fundo do tubo. Estas divisões ou escalas não são lineares, sendo produto de uma correlação entre volume residual e a quantidade de células somáticas.
