1 - O seguinte relatório descritivo de patente de modelo de utilidade refere-se ao desenvolvimento de uma disposição construtiva aplicada em assento sanitário elevado, consistindo em equipamento voltado para utilização por cadeirantes e portadores de necessidades especiais, cujo princípio inventivo refere- se a um equipamento articulável e regulável, além de elevado, com fendas laterais para melhor higienização do usuário, otimizando os padrões de segurança quanto ao acesso e uso do vaso sanitário.1 - The following utility model patent descriptive report refers to the development of a constructive arrangement applied to a raised toilet seat, consisting of equipment intended for use by wheelchair users and people with special needs, whose inventive principle refers to an equipment articulated and adjustable, in addition to being elevated, with side slits for better user hygiene, optimizing safety standards regarding access and use of the toilet.

Vem acompanhados de braços mecânicos interligados por hastes e as tampas terão que ser cortadas e furadas para serem adaptadas ao novo sistema, ou fundidas com a peça n° (8). Este novo invento traz a ideia de proporcionar maior comodidade, praticidade, solucionando tais inconveniências e de higiene também, pois as pessoas ao usá-lo terão a tendência de se aproximar do vaso e assim evitando urinar fora do mesmo. 10 - Trata-se de um assento adaptável a todos os vasos sanitários haja vista que a base é sustentada pelas alças do equipamento, portanto não exige que haja encaixe no vaso.
