Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM DISPOSITIVO HÍBRIDO PARA CARGA E DESCARGA A GRANEL FRACIONADA EM MEDIDAS EXATAS. Formado por pelo menos dois compartimentos (14) de carga de atuação pneumática, específico para acondicionamento e descarga de produtos sólidos a granel de partículas com granulometrias até 100 µm cuja descarga se dá por mangotes (15) utilizando o conceito de diferencial de pressão, compartimentos (14) montados em conjunto com os compartimentos (5), para produtos sólidos a granel de partículas com granulometrias na casa dos milímetros/ centímetros, de atuação mecânica por escotilha (6) posicionados sobre uma esteira (7), acionada hidraulicamente, que movimenta o produto até uma caixa de junção (8) acoplada, direcionando o fluxo dos materiais a uma esteira pivotante (23).
