sistema e equipamento de pré-limpeza, padronização e classificação de sementes. é descrito um sistema e equipamento de pré-limpeza, padronização e classificação de sementes, objeto da presente invenção, tem como objetivo resolver os inconvenientes descritos no estado da técnica através de um sistema e equipamento dotado por um sistema de regulagem digital que possui uma tela touch screen (60) de fácil navegação, onde é possível acionar as configurações salvas para cada tipo de cereal, realizar modificações nas configurações de acordo com a sua necessidade, medição da temperatura e umidade, entre tantas outras facilidades, de forma ágil e simples. esta nova forma construtiva permite facilitar o trabalho dos operadores, com o auxílio da automação, devido a possuir maior precisão e controle de operação.todo sistema de ar é controlado através de uma interação do operador com o equipamento através uma placa central. o equipamento é dotado por sensores que reconhecem os pontos de parada e indicam as devidas posições, o que permite controlar de forma simples as regulagens de toda a operação. o equipamento é dotado por um conjunto de peneiras (20)(21)(22)(23)(24) que possibilitam a separação do produto em três tamanhos padronizados em uma única passagem, permitindo que o produto percorra uma área maior no interior da máquina, aumentando desta forma a uniformidade de classificação dos grãos.pre-cleaning, standardization and seed classification system and equipment.
