[001] The purpose of this utility model patent is a practical and innovative model of a surveillance tower for monitoring and remote policing equipped with an image reproducing screen, belonging to the field of articles for public and property security, developed with the purpose of be installed in public places such as squares, avenues, streets, beach boardwalks, etc. and also in private places, such as condominiums, shopping malls, industrial complexes, churches, supermarkets, etc. and which was given an original constructive disposition, with a view to improving its use and performance in relation to other models usually found on the market.

[002] More specifically, the object of the present patent application refers to a security tower equipped with an image-reproducing screen, designed to be installed in public and private places, in order to provide a remote surveillance post, interconnected to the competent monitoring center and, at the same time, provide a means of direct communication between the citizen and the center, which in turn is in permanent contact with emergency service agencies such as police, firefighters, ambulances, etc., in addition to disseminating static images and films with public utility information as well as customer and sponsor announcements on its vertical screen, LED monitor type, of substantial dimension positioned in the upper portion of the front face.

[003] It is, therefore, an equipment developed with perfection and efficiency, in order to offer a security tower for remote monitoring and policing of public and private places, equipped with an LED monitor or similar for the dissemination of visual information. in the form of static and dynamic images providing great reliability to what it lends itself, both for its functional characteristics and for the durability of the product.

[004] It is also the objective of the present application to present a model of a surveillance tower for remote monitoring and policing equipped with an image reproducing screen with low costs for its industrial feasibility, but allied to the requirements of robustness, security and utilitarian practicality, offering thus, to the consumer public, an additional option in the similar market, which, unlike the usual models, offers countless possibilities and benefits to its users, making it a model of great acceptance in the consumer market.

State of the art

[005] As is popular knowledge, public security has been one of the great challenges for governments, where invariably the police force is insufficient to conveniently preserve public order, protect people and property, and, above all, repress crimes.

[006] In order to improve policing, governments are increasingly implementing surveillance and electronic monitoring systems.

[007] In this regard and in order to specify the state of the art, below are some patent documents that deal with systems and devices for this purpose.

[008] Patent document BR 10 2017 028328 entitled "SAFETY PROCESS AND SAFETY TOWER CONTROLLING VEHICLES ARRIVING AT CHECKPOINT" reveals a security process, which performs real-time verification of the vehicle arriving at the checkpoint , which comprises: a collection phase carried out in the vicinity of the checkpoint, an analysis phase, including a step of evaluating the similarity or not between a catalog of predetermined risk situations and the global situation of the arriving vehicle that aggregates the vehicle information , person and mobile phone, an outcome phase including triggering an alert that is representative of at least one of the alert triggering reasons that triggered that alert, a decision phase that transmits said triggered alert to a human being responsible for the security at the checkpoint that will decide whether or not to stop said vehicle arriving at the checkpoint, based on said triggered alert.

[009] Patent document PI0615683-5A entitled "THREAT DETECTION AND MONITORING EQUIPMENT", discloses a threat monitoring and detection equipment with an integrated video. More particularly, it is intended for equipment for use with a public security and emergency messaging system adapted to detect and identify threats in the surrounding environment, display useful threat-related information or other public information.

[010] Patent document PI1101416-4A entitled "ROBOTIC SURVEILLANCE PLATFORM", reveals a surveillance platform created to be coupled to a mobile robotic base, in order to allow a robot to monitor spaces such as condominiums and warehouses in a teleoperated or semi-automatic way.

[011] Patent document BR202013028195-1 U2, entitled "CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN A MOBILE LIFTING SURVEILLANCE TOWER", reveals a fixed structure mounted on a vehicle, with side shoes moving from this fixed structure and a mobile structure articulated by intermediary of hydraulic pistons on the fixed structure, and on this mobile structure there is a guardhouse or observation cabin containing various equipment for surveillance and local or remote communication to a central.

Deficient points of the state of the art

[012] The major drawback of the electronic surveillance and monitoring systems known so far resides specifically in the fact that they do not impose the presence of ostensible policing, since the criminal does not feel coerced by the presence of the police authority, and neither does the ordinary citizen feels assisted by security agents.

[015] As can be seen, the patent documents cited above define the general state of the art, however they are not considered particularly relevant.

Proposed solution

[016] It was with these inconveniences in mind that, after numerous researches and studies, the inventor, a person connected to the field, created and developed the object of the present patent, devising a surveillance tower for monitoring and remote policing equipped with an image reproducing screen in which not only the mechanical and functional qualities were considered in the design of its manufacture, but also the shape, arrangement and location of its parts and components which, correctly positioned, brought an increase in efficiency without incurring any burden.

Detailed description of the arrangement
