APPLICATION FIELD

[001] Trata o presente relatório descritivo da patente de modelo de utilidade de uma nova fechadura, notadamente uma fechadura para portas de vidro com nova disposição construtiva aplicada, de concepção inovadora e dotado de importantes melhoramentos tecnológicos e funcionais, segundo os mais modernos conceitos de engenharia e de acordo com as normas e especificações exigidas, revestindo-se de características próprias e dotadas com requisitos fundamentais de novidade e ato inventivo, fazendo resultar uma série de reais e extraordinárias vantagens técnicas, práticas e econômicas.[001] This descriptive report deals with the patent for the utility model of a new lock, notably a lock for glass doors with a new constructive disposition applied, of innovative design and endowed with important technological and functional improvements, according to the most modern concepts of engineering and in accordance with the required standards and specifications, with its own characteristics and endowed with fundamental requirements of novelty and inventive act, resulting in a series of real and extraordinary technical, practical and economic advantages.

BACKGROUND OF THIS MODEL

[002] Existe atualmente no mercado diversos modelos de fechaduras para portas de vidro. Todavia, como é do conhecimento dos técnicos no assunto, esses modelos de fechaduras necessitam de puxadores e molas de piso para desempenharem suas funções de fechamento.[002] There are currently on the market several models of locks for glass doors. [008] Em vista disso, ao longo do tempo foram procedidos estudos visando eliminar todos esses problemas e inconvenientes e, como resultado, foi desenvolvido este modelo de utilidade que possibilita a concepção de uma nova fechadura, através da qual surge a possibilidade de fazer o fechamento de portas de vidro, sem uso de puxador e mola de piso obtendo-se então um produto integrado com reais possibilidades de uma econômica industrialização, minimizando custos, tempo de montagem e despesas de mão-de-obra, além de um efeito preciso de montagem, com melhores resultados e elevado padrão de segurança.[008] In view of this, studies were carried out over time to eliminate all these problems and inconveniences and, as a result, this utility model was developed that enables the design of a new lock, through which the possibility of making the closing of glass doors, without the use of a handle and floor spring, thus obtaining an integrated product with real possibilities of an economical industrialization, minimizing costs, assembly time and labor expenses, in addition to a precise effect of assembly, with better results and a high standard of safety.
