“DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM BISNAGA” [001]. INTRODUÇÃO - O presente relatório descritivo refere-se a um pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade para bisnaga, pertencente ao campo das embalagens, notadamente para produtos cremosos, que foi desenvolvida para melhorar, particularmente, sua fabricação."DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN BISNAGA" [001]. INTRODUCTION - This descriptive report refers to a patent application for a utility model for tubes, belonging to the packaging field, notably for creamy products, which was developed to improve, particularly, its manufacture.

ESTADO DA TÉCNICA - Já são conhecidas bisnagas para acondicionar produtos cremosos, como: medicamentos, creme dental, produtos alimentícios, cosméticos e outros, obtida a partir material termo plástico e compreendida: por corpo de bisnaga que contém o produto; por gargalo prolongado do corpo; e por tampa aplicada no corpo e que pode ser de tipo para fechar o gargalo e que tem que ser retirada para acesso ao produto ou referida tampa é compreendida: por base que é enroscada no gargalo e incorpora bico dispensador; e por sobre tampa articulada que é rebatida sobre a base e fecha o bico dispensador. Quando a bisnaga é utilizada, a sua tampa é retirada ou aberta, o corpo de bisnaga é comprimido e o produto é dispensado pelo gargalo ou pelo bico dispensador da tampa. Esse tipo de bisnaga, normalmente, tem a extremidade do corpo, oposta ao gargalo, incialmente aberta, através da qual o produto é envasado e em seguida referida extremidade é fechada por solda. Desse modo, esse tipo de bisnaga exige uma operação inicial de fabricação, conformação, e uma operação de fechamento por solda, após o envase.[002]. DESCRIÇÃO RESUMIDA DA INVENÇÃO - Tendo em vista as dificuldades e inconvenientes observados no estado da técnica, acima aludidos e no propósito de superá-los e visando atender aos objetivos relacionados, foi desenvolvida a disposição introduzida em bisnaga, objeto da presente patente, a qual é de material termoplástico e compreendida: por corpo de bisnaga, que contém o produto; por gargalo prolongado do corpo; e por tampa aplicada no corpo, na presente disposição, o corpo de bisnaga e gargalo são em peça única; a extremidade do corpo de bisnaga, oposta ao gargalo, é conformada originalmente fechada, dito corpo de bisnaga e gargalo são, portanto, sem solda.[007].
