Abstract

dispositivo para fixação intramedular da tíbia. a invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para fixação intramedular da tíbia que compreende a estrutura de uma armação composta por suportes verticais (2) e suportes horizontais longitudinais (3, 4) e transversais (5, 5´, 5´´, 6, 6´) e um guia (21), que é acoplado de forma deslizante ao suporte horizontal longitudinal (4) do dispositivo. o guia (21) compreende um primeiro localizador (11) para ajuste da posição da agulha de tração (20) no sentido lateral, e um segundo localizador (13) para ajuste da posição da agulha de tração (20) no sentido vertical e para passar a agulha de tração (20) através da tíbia na direção transversal da tíbia, e braços de fixação (22, 24) fixados à estrutura, aos quais são fixadas as extremidades da agulha de tração (20) fora da tíbia.
