método para detecção e quantificação simultânea ou independente de listeria monocytogenes, salmonella spp. e escherichia coli e polinucleotídeo. a invenção refere-se a um método para detecção e quantificação simultâneas de listeria monocytogenes, salmonella spp. e escherichia coli produtora de toxina shiga (stec), a partir de qualquer tipo de amostra relacionada à produção de alimentos, incluindo matrizes complexas de alimentos, como peixe, carne ou frutas, ou matrizes simples, como água ou superfícies de contato com alimentos. o método da invenção permite a quantificação específica dos patógenos mencionados acima simultaneamente, graças à especificidade dos primers desenhados para a reação de qpcr. ela também é altamente confiável, porque o método inclui um sistema para controlar adequadamente a quantificação de patógenos dentro da matriz. esse sistema compreende a inoculação de amostras com uma concentração conhecida de um microrganismo transformado (hospedeiro) que carrega uma sequência quimérica, atuando como um hospedeiro de controle interno para todo o processo.
