eletrodo de referência de estado sólido com base na membrana polimérica e métodos de produção. a presente invenção se refere a um eletrodo de referência de estado sólido (10) para uso no sangue total, soro, plasma, e/ou outros fluidos biológicos que inclui um substrato de suporte isolante (12), um material eletricamente condutor (14) disposto no substrato de suporte isolante (12), onde uma primeira parte do material eletricamente condutor é uma parte de eletrodo (14a), e uma segunda parte do material eletricamente condutor é uma parte e contato elétrico (14b), uma camada isolante formadora de eletrodo (16) com uma abertura que forma um poço (16b), uma camada de sal metal-metálico (18) disposta no poço (16b) sobre a parte de eletrodo (14a) quando o material eletricamente condutor não é um sal metal-metálico, a camada de sal metal-metálico (18) selecionada a partir de prata-cloreto de prata ou mercúrio-cloreto de mercúrio, e uma membrana polimérica de hidrogel (20) disposta na camada de sal metal-metálico (18) formando o eletrodo de referência de estado sólido (11), a membrana polimérica de hidrogel (20) sendo uma rede de hidrogel polimérico contendo um sal cloreto a partir de (i) sais inorgânicos de cloretos ou sais orgânicos de cloretos e (ii) um eletrólito de suporte de sais de uma espécie aniônica.
