composição antitranspirante, método para reduzir a transpiração e uso de uma composição. a presente invenção se encontra no campo das composições antitranspirantes, em particular, composições que compreendem ativos antitranspirantes. é revelada uma composição antitranspirante que compreende (i) pelo menos um éster de sorbitano hidrofóbico que tem valor de hlb entre 1 e 7,0; (ii) pelo menos um éster de sorbitano hidrofílico que tem valor de hlb entre 7,0 e 20; (iii) pelo menos um composto orgânico selecionado dentre ácido graxo c7-c24 ou álcool graxo c7-c24; e (iv) um carreador cosmeticamente aceitável; em que a dita composição compreende menos de 50 % de água; em que a dita composição compreende pelo menos 2 % do dito éster de sorbitano hidrofóbico em peso da composição; em que a razão em peso entre o composto orgânico e a combinação do éster de sorbitano hidrofóbico e do éster de sorbitano hidrofílico é de 1:10 a 5:1; em que a composição é livre de ativo antitranspirante que compreende alumínio ou zircônio. também é revelado um método para reduzir a transpiração que compreende uma etapa de aplicação tópica da composição antitranspirante.
