Abstract
processo e unidade de produção de ureia. processo para a preparação de grânulos de ureia compreendendo as etapas de obter uma solução aquosa de ureia a partir de uma ou mais etapas de síntese e recuperação em que amônia e dióxido de carbono reagem juntos, submeter a solução aquosa de ureia a uma etapa de evaporação em que a água é removida para obter uma massa fundida de ureia (1), processar e tratar a referida massa fundida de ureia em uma etapa de granulação (7) e opcionalmente em uma seção de resfriamento (10) para obter grânulos de ureia sólidos (14); o processo adicionalmente compreende uma etapa de lavagem (3) do gás residual de granulação e uma etapa de evaporação atmosférica (32) para recuperar uma solução de ureia (2) e uma corrente de ar saturada com água (18); a corrente de ar saturada com água é alimentada de volta para a seção de lavagem (3) sem condensação, e a solução de ureia recuperada é transportada para a etapa de granulação (7).
