Abstract
método operacional para forno de redução. é proposto um método operacional para um forno de redução que pode reduzir óxido de ferro incluído em uma matéria-prima de forma mais eficiente do que métodos convencionais. este método de operação para um forno de redução, compreendendo carregar uma matéria-prima que inclui óxido de ferro no forno de redução, introduzir, no forno de redução, um gás redutor associado com uma reação endotérmica no momento da redução, e reduzir o óxido de ferro para obter ferro reduzido, em que o método é caracterizado pelo fato de que: a matéria-prima compreende um primeiro produto graúdo que possui granularidade em uma primeira faixa de granularidade e um segundo produto graúdo que possui granularidade em uma segunda faixa de granularidade, cujo valor limite inferior é igual a ou maior que o valor limite superior superior da primeira faixa de granularidade; a matéria-prima é préaquecida antes de ser carregada no forno de redução ou é aquecida dentro do forno de redução; ferro reduzido descarregado do forno de redução é peneirado em ferro reduzido com granularidade em uma faixa de granularidade mais fina e ferro reduzido com granularidade em uma faixa de granularidade mais grossa; e o ferro reduzido na faixa de granularidade mais fina é coletado.
