Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA SECAGEM DE GÁS COMPRIMIDO E UMA INSTALAÇÃO DE COMPRESSOR FORNECIDA COM TAL DISPOSITIVO. Dispositivo para secagem de gás comprimido, possuin-do uma entrada (2) para gás comprimido a ser seco e uma saída (3) para gás comprimido seco, cujo dispositivo (1) compreende pelo menos dois vasos (4a, 4b) com um agente de secagem regenerável (5) e um sistema de válvulas con-trolável (7) conectando a referida entrada (2) e saída (3) a uma entrada (8) e saída (9) dos referidos vasos (4a, 4b), em que o referido sistema de válvulas (7) é tal que sempre pelo menos um vaso (4b) está sendo rege-nerado enquanto os outros vasos (4a) secam o gás compri-mido, em que ao controlar o sistema de válvulas (7), os vasos (4a, 4b) são, cada um em ordem seguida, regenerado sucessivamente, em que o dispositivo (1) é fornecido com um tubo de regeneração (13) separando uma porção do gás comprimido seco como um gás de regeneração e alimentan-do-o em pelo menos um vaso (4b) que está sendo regenera-do, para a regeneração do referido pelo menos um vaso (4b) que está sendo regenerado, caracterizado pelo fato de que o tubo de regeneração (13) se estende pelo menos parcialmente através de uma abertura (14) fornecida a ele nos vasos (4a, 4b) para gás de regeneração nos vasos (4a, 4b) de modo que o gás de regeneração possa ser se-parado do vaso (4a) que seca o gás comprimido, e em que nos vasos (4a, 4b), um aquecedor (16a, 16b) é fornecido situado no tubo de regeneração (13) para aquecer o gás de regeneração antes que o gás de regeneração seja ali-mentado através do agente de secagem (5) para dentro do vaso (4b) que está sendo regenerado.
