Abstract
COMPOSTO PARA AUMENTAR A EFICÁCIA DE TERAPIA DE REPOSIÇÃO DO FATOR VIII. A presente invenção fornece um composto para o sequestro de anticorpos indesejáveis associados à hemofilia A, em particular quando tratados por terapia de reposição do fator VIII. O composto compreende um arcabouço biopolimérico e pelo menos dois peptídeos derivados a partir do fator VIII com um comprimento de sequência de 6 a 13 aminoácidos, em que cada um dos peptídeos compreende independentemente um fragmento de 6 aminoácidos da sequência de aminoácidos do fator VIII, opcionalmente em que no máximo três, preferencialmente no máximo dois, mais preferencialmente no máximo um aminoácido é independentemente substituído por qualquer outro aminoácido. Também são fornecidas composições farmacêuticas compreendendo o composto, assim como métodos para tratar hemofilia A.
