DEGRADAÇÃO ENZIMÁTICA DE SUBSTRATOS CELULÓSICOS NA PRESENÇA DE PARTÍCULAS DE MOAGEM DE LIGNOCELULOSE. São descritos um processo e um aparelho para a degradação enzimática de um substrato celulósico. O processo compreende agitar uma composição com partículas de moagem, em que as partículas de moagem são ou compreendem um material lignocelulósico e em que a composição compreende: a. o substrato celulósico; b. uma enzima celulase; e c. um meio líquido.
