Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES DE CONSTRUÇÃO E DE CONTROLE DE PEGA. Uma composição de construção compreende a) um aglomerante cimentício compreendendo uma ou mais fases minerais de silicato de cálcio e uma ou mais fases minerais de aluminato de cálcio; b) opcionalmente, uma fonte externa de aluminato; c) uma fonte de sulfato; d) um controlador de formação de etringita compreendendo (i) ácido glioxílico, um sal de ácido glioxílico e/ou um derivado de ácido glioxílico; e (ii) pelo menos uma dentre uma fonte de borato e uma fonte de carbonato, em que a fonte de carbonato é selecionada a partir de carbonatos inorgânicos tendo uma solubilidade aquosa de 0,1 g·L-1 ou mais, carbonatos orgânicos e misturas dos mesmos; e) um poliol em uma quantidade de 0,2 a 2,5% em peso, em relação à quantidade de aglomerante cimentício a). A composição contém 0,05 a 0,2 mol de aluminato disponível, calculado como Al(OH)4; partir das fases minerais de aluminato de cálcio mais a fonte opcional de aluminato externa, por 100 g de aglomerante cimentício a); e a razão molar de aluminato total disponível para sulfato é de 0,4 a 2,0. A composição de construção exibe alta resistência inicial e tempo em aberto suficiente. Os efeitos vantajosos são prontamente alcançáveis para uma variedade de cimentos com composições elementares variadas.
