Abstract
UM SISTEMA DE AGITAÇÃO HELICOIDAL PARA UM RECIPIENTE DE CONVERSÃO DE PLÁSTICO. Um recipiente de conversão pirolítica de plástico compreende um mecanismo de transporte para mover um material residual líquido, ou um semifundido, ou um fundido, ou um resíduo inerte sólido, ou qualquer combinação dos mesmos através do recipiente. Durante a pirólise do material residual, o mesmo é aquecido e vaporizado e sofre reações químicas in situ compreendendo craqueamento, recombinação, reformação, recraqueamento, e semelhantes, e é subsequentemente removido do recipiente. Uma pluralidade de lâminas raspadoras serve para misturar o material residual líquido, ou o semifundido, ou o fundido, ou um resíduo inerte sólido, ou qualquer combinação dos mesmos e transportar o material residual para frente em direção a uma saída do recipiente. Em uma outra modalidade, um ou mais dispositivos de varredura servem para mover para frente o material residual que está localizado entre dispositivos de transporte rotativos adjacentes.
