APERFEIÇOAMENTO DE MITIGAÇÃO TÉRMICA. São reveladas técnicas para efetuação de mitigação térmica para um ou mais dispositivos. Por exemplo, podem ser obtidos uma temperatura, umidade, quantidade de luz e/ou outra característica ou fator associado a um veículo. Determinar se se transfere uma ou mais funções de comunicação do veículo para um dispositivo de usuário com base na temperatura, umidade, etc. Em resposta a uma determinação de se transferir uma ou mais funções de comunicação, uma ou mais funções de comunicação podem ser transferidas de uma unidade de comunicação do veículo para uma unidade de comunicação do dispositivo de usuário.
