Abstract

"MéTODO E CIRCUITO EM CONEXãO COM UM INVERSOR". Método e circuito em conexão com um inversor que compreende vários componentes semicondutores de potência e um aparelho de controle disposto para controlá-los, o aparelho de controle sendo disposto para controlar os componentes semicondutores de potência em resposta a uma quantidade de controle para gerar uma potência de saída. O método compreende os passos de determinar a mudança de temperatura ou a quantidade que afeta a temperatura de um ou mais dos componentes semicondutores de potência, e controlar pelo aparelho de controle os componentes semicondutores de potência em resposta a ambas, a quantidade de controle para gerar uma tensão de saída e a taxa de mudança de temperatura ou quantidade que afeta a temperatura dos componentes semicondutores de potência para reduzir a mudança de temperatura e a taxa de renovação.
