Abstract

PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE ÓLEOS DE PIRÓLISE DE PLÁSTICOS INCLUINDO UM HIDROCRAQUEAMENTO EM DUAS ETAPAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de tratamento de um óleo de pirólise de plásticos, compreendendo: a) hidrogenação seletiva da dita carga para obter um efluente hidrogenado; b) hidrotratamento do dito efluente hidrogenado para obter um efluente de hidrotratamento; c) uma primeira etapa de hidrocraqueamento do dito efluente hidrotratado para obter um primeiro efluente hidrocraqueado; d) uma separação do efluente hidrocraqueado na presença de um fluxo aquoso, para obter um efluente gasoso, um efluente líquido aquoso e um efluente líquido hidrocarbonado; e) um fracionamento de efluente líquido hidrocarbonado para obter pelo menos um fluxo gasoso e pelo menos um corte nafta e um corte mais pesado; f) uma segunda etapa de hidrocraqueamento do corte mais pesado para obter um segundo efluente hidrocraqueado; g) uma reciclagem de pelo menos uma parte do dito segundo efluente hidrocraqueado na etapa d) de separação.
