Abstract

IMPLANTE DE TESTE TIBIAL COM MECANISMO DE ENGRENAGEM. Implante de teste tibial (1, 100) para uso em cirurgia de substituição da articulação do joelho, com uma parte inferior (2, 102) fornecida para fixação tibial, uma parte superior (3, 103) disposta acima a parte inferior na direção vertical e que tem superfície deslizante (5, 105) que está disposta na face superior da parte superior e projetada para interagir com um componente femoral de forma deslizante, e um mecanismo de ajuste de altura (E, E') que interage com a parte superior e parte inferior e pode ser usado para mover a parte superior na direção vertical (Z) de forma guiada em relação à parte inferior entre uma primeira posição de ajuste, na qual a superfície deslizante é posicionada a uma primeira altura (H1) acima da parte inferior, e uma segunda posição de ajuste, na qual a superfície deslizante é posicionada a uma segunda altura (H2) acima da parte inferior.
