Abstract

MÉTODO DE GERAÇÃO DE MODELO DE PREVISÃO DE PERDA DE CIRCULARIDADE DE TUBO DE AÇO, MÉTODO DE PREVISÃO DE PERDA DE CIRCULARIDADE DE TUBO DE AÇO, MÉTODO DE CONTROLE DE PERDA DE CIRCULARIDADE DE TUBO DE AÇO, MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE TUBO DE AÇO, E DISPOSITIVO DE PREVISÃO DE PERDA DE CIRCULARIDADE DE TUBO DE AÇO. Um método de geração de modelo de previsão de perda de circularidade de tubo de aço de acordo com a presente invenção inclui: executar uma operação numérica tendo um conjunto de dados de condições operacionais como dados de entrada e tendo uma perda de circularidade de tubo de aço após uma etapa de expansão de tubo como dados de saída uma pluralidade de vezes ao alterar o conjunto de dados de condições operacionais e, então, gerar, por esse cálculo, uma pluralidade de conjuntos de dados de perda de circularidade de tubo de aço após a etapa de expansão de tubo correspondente ao conjunto de dados de condições operacionais, off-line como dados de treinamento; e gerar um modelo de previsão de perda de circularidade tendo o conjunto de dados de condições operacionais como dados de entrada e tendo a perda de circularidade do tubo de aço após a etapa de expansão de tubo como dados de saída, a geração do modelo desempenhada off-line por aprendizado de máquina usando a pluralidade de conjuntos de dados de treinamento.
