Abstract

MATERIAIS REFRATÁRIOS DE ALTA EMISSIVIDADE E COMPONENTES REFRATÁRIOS FORMADOS PELOS MESMOS. Trata-se de produtos refratários de alta emissividade (alta-e) de particulado que incluem uma mistura de (um) um material de base refratário de particulado que inclui pelo menos um material ligante de particulado, pelo menos um material de carga de matéria-prima refratária de particulado e, opcionalmente, pelo menos um aditivo refratário; e (b) um pigmento de alta-e em uma quantidade suficiente para conferir propriedades de alta-e ao produto refratário quando curado de pelo menos 0,80. O pigmento de alta-e é dispersado de modo homogêneo por todo o material de base refratário de particulado e é assim menos suscetível a perda de propriedades de alta-e ao longo do tempo. Os produtos de alta-e de particulado podem ser formados em uma mistura úmida passível de fundição, uma pasta fluida aquosa ou uma espuma aquosa isolante e curada de modo a fornecer uma parte de componente de uma estrutura refratária de alta temperatura (por exemplo, as paredes ou o teto de um forno refratário) que tem propriedades de alta-e.
