Abstract

MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA PRODUZIR TABLETES, E, TABLETE. Trata-se de um método produzir tabletes para a extração de um produto alimentício líquido, sendo que cada tablete é formado a partir de pelo menos um ingrediente sob a forma granular ou em pó, e em que, para formar cada tablete, uma quantidade dosada e umidificada do ingrediente é aquecida enquanto está contida em um volume confinado. O método compreende as etapas de: a) fornecer o ingrediente sob a forma em pó ou granular; b) carregar pelo menos uma quantidade dosada do ingrediente em uma respectiva cavidade de formação; c) aquecer a pelo menos uma quantidade dosada e umidificada do ingrediente enquanto está contido na respectiva cavidade de formação. Antes da etapa c), é fornecida uma etapa para a umidificação seletiva de cada quantidade dosada do ingrediente apenas em uma camada de superfície da mesma.
