Abstract

a invenção se refere a um método para fundição direta de componentes de fundição por geração em camada de moldes compostos, no qual os moldes compostos são gerados como elementos monolíticos e simultaneamente com seus respectivos núcleos de forma conjunta. o sistema para geração em camada de modelos tridimensionais a partir do material em pó em um recipiente removível (1) com uma bancada (2), que é separado do dispositivo para elevação e diminuição (4), a bancada, que é integrado ao sistema para geração em camada de modelos tridimensionais. a geração dos moldes é feita por aplicação de camadas de material em pó e aglutinação de partículas de cada camada por meio de um aglutinante, adicionado seletivamente de acordo com o programa/padrão apenas nos volumes, quando o corpo sólido do modelo estiver sendo gerado. esse procedimento é repetido subsequencialmente até que todo o volume seja construído, permitindo fundição direta nos moldes resultantes sem removê-los do recipiente (1), onde são gerados, após remover o material em pó desnecessário a partir de suas cavidades de trabalho.
