Abstract

GUIA E MÉTODO DO DISPOSITIVO DE PUNÇÃO DE TRAJETO PARALELO. Um dispositivo de orientação é fornecido para facilitar a colocação de um dispositivo de punção (uma agulha) em uma posição definida em relação a uma sonda de ultrassom. O dispositivo de orientação fornece suporte adicional de uma ponta de agulha perto do local de injeção da agulha para manter um trajeto selecionado durante a injeção. O suporte adicional é automaticamente retraído para simples descarte com a seringa usada após uma injeção. O dispositivo de orientação minimiza o contato de componentes sujos e permite a inserção, alinhamento e remoção da seringa para várias injeções diferentes, sem a remoção de uma sonda de ultrassom do paciente. Mais particularmente, esta invenção refere-se a um guia de dispositivo de punção, compreendendo: um adaptador configurado para se conectar, de forma fixa, a uma sonda de ultrassom; um conjunto de suporte de seringa configurado para receber e prender uma seringa em si de forma deslizante ao adaptador; em que o conjunto de suporte de seringa é configurado para deslizar no adaptador de sonda em uma direção axial em relação à sonda de ultrassom; em que o conjunto de suporte de seringa é configurado para permitir o ajuste seletivo de uma distância radial para um trajeto de uma agulha da seringa em relação à sonda de ultrassom; em que o adaptador inclui um guia de ponta para alinhar seletivamente uma extremidade distal da agulha com a distância radial para o trajeto; e em que, quando a sonda de ultrassom é inserida em um paciente, o conjunto de seringa é configurado para deslizar para frente no adaptador, de modo a inserir a agulha além do guia da ponta em um paciente. A presente invenção refere-se, ainda, a um método para realizar uma injeção, em particular usando um guia do dispositivo de punção de acordo com a presente invenção e uma placa-guia configurada para ser usada com um guia do dispositivo de punção de acordo com a presente invenção.
