Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de guía para facilitar la colocación de un dispositivo de punción (una aguja) en una posición definida en relación con una sonda de ultrasonidos. El dispositivo de guía proporciona un soporte adicional de una punta de aguja cerca del lugar de inyección de la aguja para mantener una trayectoria seleccionada durante una inyección. El soporte adicional se retrae automáticamente para su fácil eliminación con la jeringa usada después de una inyección. El dispositivo de guía minimiza el contacto de los componentes sucios y permite la inserción de la jeringa, alineación y retirada para múltiples inyecciones diferentes sin necesidad de retirar la sonda de ultrasonidos del paciente. Más en particular, esta invención se refiere a una guía de dispositivo de punción, que comprende: un adaptador configurado para unirse de forma fija a una sonda de ultrasonidos; un conjunto de portajeringas configurado para unirse deslizantemente al adaptador y recibir una jeringa en el mismo; en donde el conjunto de portajeringas está configurado para deslizarse sobre el adaptador de sonda en una dirección axial relativa a la sonda de ultrasonidos; en donde el conjunto de portajeringas está configurado para permitir el ajuste selectivo de una distancia radial para una trayectoria de una aguja de jeringa en relación con la sonda de ultrasonidos; en donde el adaptador incluye una guía de punta para alinear selectivamente un extremo distal de la aguja con la distancia radial para la trayectoria; y en donde, cuando se introduce la sonda de ultrasonidos en un paciente, el conjunto de jeringa está configurado para deslizarse hacia delante en el adaptador para insertar la aguja más allá de la guía de punta en un paciente. La presente invención se refiere además a un método para realizar una inyección, en particular usando una guía de dispositivo de punción según la presente invención y a una placa de guía configurada para usarse con una guía de dispositivo de punción según la presente invención.
