Abstract

REFRIGERADOR DE SINTERIZAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um resfriador para minério sinterizado capaz de resfriar efetivamente o minério sinterizado através de toda a camada sem usar água para resfriamento. Em um resfriador (1) para minério sinterizado de acordo com a presente invenção, um minério sinterizado (5), sinterizado por uma máquina de sinterização, é colocado em um carrinho de cocho (3) e o minério sinterizado (5) é continuamente resfriado enquanto se movimenta o carro calha (3), o resfriador compreendendo: um aparelho de resfriamento inferior (27) para realizar o resfriamento do suprimento de ar inferior, passando-se o ar de baixo para cima na camada do minério sinterizado (5), e um aparelho de resfriamento superior (29) para realizar o resfriamento do fornecimento de ar superior descarregando-se um gás refrigerante na superfície superior do minério sinterizado (5), no qual o aparelho de resfriamento superior (29) tem uma unidade de descarga oca (34) que é fornecida com uma porta de descarga (37) para o gás de resfriamento e disposta acima do carro calha (3) para que a porta de descarga (37) e a superfície superior do minério sinterizado (5) fiquem faceadas, e um dispositivo de fornecimento de gás refrigerante (36) que é conectado por um ducto (35) à unidade de descarga (34) e fornece o gás refrigerante para a unidade de descarga (34) através do ducto (35) a uma pressão positiva.
