Abstract
MÉTODOS, SISTEMAS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA SEQUENCIAMENTO DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos, sistemas, kits e composições para aplicações de sequenciamento de ácido nucleico. Em particular, o método utiliza dois eventos de imageamento com diferentes comprimentos de onda de excitação e um único canal de emissão para coletar os padrões de sinal fluorescente de diferentes tipos de conjugados de nucleotídeo para determinar a identidade dos conjugados de nucleotídeo incorporados. O método aqui descrito não requer um tratamento químico dos conjugados de nucleotídeo na mistura de incorporação entre os dois eventos de imageamento.
