Abstract

ARCABOUÇO 3D POROSO COMESTÍVEL E ESTERILIZÁVEL E USOS DO MESMO. A presente invenção se refere a arcabouços de modificação genética de tecido tridimensional (3D) macroporosos comestíveis e esterilizáveis que compreendem uma rede de polímero biocompatível reticulado, de preferência, um polímero natural. Além do mais, o arcabouço da invenção compreende adicionalmente aditivos e células vivas que aderem e se proliferam, colonizando toda a superfície do arcabouço e dando lugar a um material bruto para a última formação de tecido com alto teor nutritivo e/ou carne de cultura, que pode ser subsequentemente processada em alimento para consumo de animal ou ser humano sem precisar de modificação ou remoção das células do arcabouço. Método de uso dos arcabouços para produzir carne de cultura e/ou tecidos para serem processados como alimento compreendendo o arcabouço, também é descrito no presente documento.
