Abstract
SISTEMA CIP. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de Limpeza no Local (Cleaning-in-Place) ou CIP e a um processo CIP a ser realizado em uma planta CIP. Sistemas CIP são frequentemente usados em conexão com a produção de alimentos, bebidas e produtos farmacêuticos ou produtos similares que requerem um alto nível de higiene. Mais particularmente, a invenção refere-se a uma Planta de Processo CIP para limpeza de um ou mais objetos compreendendo um tanque primário (1) para meio de limpeza primário, opcionalmente um tanque secundário (2) para meio de limpeza secundário, uma fonte de água doce (20), uma ou mais linhas de avanço (4) enviando líquido na forma de meio de limpeza primário ou, por exemplo, secundário ou água a partir da planta de processo CIP para um ou mais objetos (A, B), em que um objeto pode compreender uma unidade ou uma parte de uma unidade, tal como um tanque ou tubulação ou uma combinação de unidades, e cada objeto (A , B) é submetido a um fluxo CIP separado, uma ou mais linhas de retorno (5) retornando líquido na forma de meio de limpeza primário, por exemplo, secundário, ou água a partir do objeto para a planta de processo CIP, válvulas (12, 13, 11, 14, 7, 8, 10, 6a) direcionando o fluxo através de tanques e tubos da Planta de Processo CIP, em que cada linha de avanço (4) compreende válvulas (12, 13, 11, 14) direcionando líquido a partir da fonte de água doce ou de um vaso ou um tanque para uma linha de avanço (4), e cada linha de retorno (5) compreende válvulas de entrada (7, 8, 10, 6a) direcionando líquido a partir da linha de retorno (5) para um tanque (1, 2, 15) ou para um dreno (6), em que a(s) linha(s) de avanço é/são dimensionada(s) e adaptada(s) para reter uma quantidade de líquido (VOL1) que corresponde à quantidade de líquido a ser usada em uma primeira etapa de pré-lavagem.
