Abstract
PEÇA DE DESGASTE HIERÁRQUICA E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UMA PEÇA DE DESGASTE. A presente invenção refere-se a uma peça de desgaste hierárquica incluindo uma parte reforçada compreendendo zircônia ou uma liga de alumina-zircônia, a referida parte reforçada compreendendo também insertos centimétricos com uma geometria predefinida, os referidos insertos compreendendo partículas micrométricas de carbonetos, nitretos, boretos metálicos ou compostos intermetálicos ligados por uma primeira matriz metálica, os referidos insertos sendo inseridos em uma estrutura de reforço infiltrada por uma segunda matriz metálica, a estrutura de reforço compreendendo uma alternância periódica de áreas milimétricas de alta e baixa concentração de partículas micrométricas de zircônia ou liga de alumina-zircônia, a segunda matriz metálica sendo diferente da primeira matriz metálica.
