Abstract
MOTIVOS DO RECEPTOR DE LYSM. A presente invenção refere-se a receptores de LysM geneticamente alterados. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se à substituição de parte ou de todos os motivos no domínio LysM1 pelos motivos correspondentes do domínio LysM1 de um receptor de LysM doador que pode alterar a afinidade, seletividade e/ou especificidade para um oligossacarídeo, particularmente para fatores de Nod (lipoquito-oligossacarídeos (LCOs)). A presente invenção também se refere à alteração genética de receptores de LysM em plantas para incluir um domínio LysM1 modificado e à alteração genética de receptores de LysM em plantas por substituição de parte ou de todos os motivos no domínio LysM1. A presente invenção refere-se ainda à combinação de modificações de domínio LysM1 com modificações de domínios LysM2 para incluir um emplastro hidrofóbico ou alterar o emplastro hidrofóbico, em que as modificações do domínio LysM2 podem alterar a afinidade, seletividade e/ou especificidade para um oligossacarídeo, particularmente para fatores de Nod (lipoquito-oligossacarídeos (LCOs)).
