Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE BRIQUETES, BRIQUETE DE CURA A QUENTE E APLICAÇÃO DE UM BRIQUETE. A invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de briquetes (1), um briquete (1) a partir de um material de resíduo (2) e a aplicação de um briquete (1) no processo de acordo com a invenção. O processo prevê a disponibilização de um material de resíduo (2) que compreende pelo menos um metal (3) e pelo menos um material orgânico (4). Ocorre um processamento mecânico do material de resíduo (2) em uma ou mais etapas e pelo menos uma primeira fração (5) é separada do material de resíduo (2). É produzida uma mistura de briquete (6) contendo pelo menos uma primeira fração (5), em que a pelo menos uma primeira fração (5) apresenta um valor calorífico de 0 MJ/kg a 30 MJ/kg. Um valor calorífico da mistura de briquete (6) é ajustado pela variação pelo menos da primeira fração (5). A mistura de briquete (6) é inserida no dispositivo de briquetagem (7) e nesse local é comprimida em briquetes (1). Nesse caso, são produzidos briquetes (1) com um valor calorífico de 5 MJ/kg a 30 MJ/kg e com um teor máximo de cobre de 0,1 % em peso a 20 % em peso.
