Abstract
PROCESSAMENTO DE IMAGENS BASEADO EM EQUALIZAÇÃO E ATENUADOR DE INTERFERÊNCIA CRUZADA ESPACIAL. A tecnologia revelada atenua a interferência cruzada espacial de imagens de sequenciamento para chamada de base. Em particular, a tecnologia revelada acessa uma imagem cujos pixels representam emissões de intensidade de um agrupamento alvo e emissões de intensidade de agrupamentos adjacentes adicionais. Os pixels incluem um pixel central que contém um centro do agrupamento alvo. Cada pixel nos pixels é divisível em uma pluralidade de subpixels. Dependendo de um subpixel específico, em uma pluralidade de subpixels do pixel central, que contém o centro do agrupamento alvo, a tecnologia revelada seleciona, a partir de um banco de tabelas de consulta de subpixel, uma tabela de consulta de subpixel que corresponde ao subpixel específico.
