Abstract
MÉTODO IMPLEMENTADO POR COMPUTADOR PARA OTIMIZAR O FORNECIMENTO DE UM OU MAIS PRODUTOS PARA UMA PLURALIDADE DE PLANTAS INDUSTRIAIS, SISTEMA E SISTEMA PARA OTIMIZAR O FORNECIMENTO DE UM OU MAIS PRODUTOS QUÍMICOS PARA UMA PLURALIDADE DE PLANTAS INDUSTRIAIS. São aqui divulgados sistemas e métodos para otimizar o fornecimento de produtos para plantas industriais. Cada um dos múltiplos fluxos de dados em uma planta é mapeado para uma estrutura hierárquica de dados comum, sendo que os fluxos de dados correspondem aos respectivos valores ou estados associados aos elementos do processo. Os fluxos de dados mapeados definem relações de processo hierárquicas entre subconjuntos dos respectivos elementos de processo. Um ou mais dos elementos do processo são determinados como correlacionados ao consumo para cada um dos produtos fornecidos. Dados em tempo real são coletados para preencher pelo menos um nível da estrutura hierárquica de dados para um ou mais fluxos de dados, e os dados são inferidos para preencher virtualmente pelo menos um nível da estrutura hierárquica de dados para pelo menos um outro fluxo de dados, com base nos dados coletados em tempo real para fluxos de dados tendo relações derivativas definidas com os mesmos.
