Abstract
KIT DE PEÇAS, SISTEMA PARA VISUALIZAÇÃO POR UMA TÉCNICA DE IMAGINOLOGIA POR RESSONÂNCIA MAGNÉTICA, E DISPOSITIVO MÉDICO IMPLANTÁVEL ATIVO (AIMD). A presente invenção refere-se a um kit de peças para visualização por uma técnica de imaginologia por ressonância magnética (MRI) que inclui uma técnica de imaginologia por ressonância magnética funcional (fMRI), de regiões de um sistema nervoso central de um paciente com um dispositivo médico implantável ativo implantado (AIMD), sendo que o kit de peças compreende: - o AIMD, que pode ser usado com exposição às condições eletromagnéticas para aquisição de imagens de RM, - uma unidade de processamento externa para controlar o AIMD, - um condutor de comunicação óptica para estabelecer uma comunicação óptica bidirecional entre o AIMD e - uma unidade de comunicação externa que é controlada pela unidade de processamento externa. Um paciente com um AIMD implantado da presente invenção pode ser tratado em um dispositivo de RM convencional para imagear, por exemplo, uma região do cérebro. Os outros elementos do kit de peças permitem controlar as funções do AIMD e acompanhar quaisquer efeitos de uma estimulação na região do cérebro imageada dessa forma.
