Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA GERAR CÉLULAS TÍMICAS IN VITRO. A presente descrição fornece métodos melhorados para gerar células progenitoras epiteliais tímicas (TEP) a partir de células tronco pluripotentes (PS) in vitro. Também são fornecidas populações de células in vitro isoladas, composições e sistemas compreendendo células TEP produzidas in vitro. São fornecidas composições e sistemas de populações celulares de células epiteliais tímicas e subpopulações das mesmas, bem como células formadas durante diferentes estágios de diferenciação de células PS em células epiteliais tímicas e subpopulações das mesmas.
